AJ Perez Laid To Rest At The Manila Memorial Park

AJ Perez, 18-year-old Kapamilya teenage actor, was laid to rest on Tuesday, April 26, 2011 at the Manila Memorial Park in Parañaque City, according to a report by ABS-CBN News.

A Mass offered for AJ Perez was done in Christ The King Parish in Quezon City at around 9 am.

AJ‘s favorite things were reportedly placed inside his casket. Among AJ‘s belongings included a blanket, pair of rubber shoes and a watch that he gave his younger brother.

Among those who came and pay their last respects to AJ include his family, relatives, and showbiz and non-showbiz friends.

AJ Perez was a cast in the television show,”Sabel.” He was a victim of a highway accident along McArthur Highway in Barangay San Julian in Tarlac on April 17.

Willing Willie Host Willie Revillame And TV5 Executives Sued By ECPAT

Willie Revillame, host of Willing Willie, and TV5 officials were sued by the End Child Prostitution, Child Pornography and Trafficking of Children for Sexual Purposes (ECPAT) on Monday for child abuse.

The ECPAT complaint, filed with the Quezon City Fiscal’s Office, stemmed from the March 12, Willing Willie episode, where a child was made to dance suggestively and was given P10,000.

Included in the ECPAT complaint are Revillame, TV5 chairman Manny V. Pangilinan, and other TV5 top executives.

Among the specifics included in the complaints the alleged violation of several laws such as Republic Act (RA) 7610 or the Special Protection of Children Against Abuse, Axploitation, and Discrimination Act; RA 9775 or the Act Defining the Crime of Child Pornography; and RA 9231 or An Act Eliminating the Worst Forms of Child Labor.

TV5 has voluntarily stopped airing Willing Willie since April 8. There still no specific date on Willing Willie and Willie Revillame’s return on TV5.

Willing WillieWilling Willie of Willie Revillame is not returning any sooner as confirmed by Willing Willie executive producer Jay Montelibano and TV5 Head of Creative and Entertainment Production Perci Intalan.

Willie Revillame announced last April 8 that he will be taking a break from his Kapatid network variety show, ‘Willing Willie.’

TV5 voluntarily stop airing Willing Willie due to the alleged child abuse incident of its contestant, Jan-Jan Suan.

However, rumors are circulating that Willing Willie may likely return on April 30, Saturday or May 2, Monday.

Willie Revillame and his show Willing Willie is facing investigation by the MTRCB due to an alleged child abuse incident.

‘Happy Yipee Yehey’ Noontime Variety Show by ABS-CBN Grand Debut on Feb 12

Happy Yipee Yehey‘ is the newest noontime variety show by ABS-CBN. The ‘Happy Yipee Yehey‘ variety show was revealed by the giant TV Network on Friday, February 4, 2011. The Kapamilya stars that will hosts ‘Happy Yipee Yehey‘ includes former noontime show hosts Randy Santiago, John Estrada, Mariel Rodriguez, Toni Gonzaga, Benton, YouTube star Jober, Bianca Manalo, and Pinoy Big Brother winner Melai Cantiveros.

Manalo and Cantiveros expressed their excitement in their hosting debut with  ‘Happy Yipee Yehey.’

The new Kapamilya show will have exciting games, surprise numbers, and big-time prizes as promised by the giant TV network.

The show will start airing on February 12 and will be having a grand debut episode.

Cristine Reyes Tweets Sarah Geronimo and not Bea Alonso

Sexy siren Cristine Reyes is fuming mad as she tweets Kapamilya Drama Princess Sarah Geronimo. Earlier, it was reported by some blog sites that Cristine Reyes is very angry with Bea Alonso. It turned out however that Cristine‘s tweets on her Twitter account is for Sarah.

It is not clear yet what made Cristine so angry with Sarah. Bea Alonso and Sarah Geronimo are both mainstay hosts of ABS-CBN‘s ASAP XV.
