Anne Curtis, Showtime Hosts Showdown Champion (Video)

Anne Curtis PhotoAnne Curtis won ABS-CBN‘s showdown of Showtime hosts on Saturday, October 22, 2011. She was declared champion at the end of the week-long celebration of the talent show’s second year anniversary.

Dr. Manny Calayan, Cathy Garcia-Molina, Joel Cruz, Liz Uy and Dr. Vicki Belo were the special celebrity judges of the Showtime showdown. Curtis was given a perfect 10 for her pole dancing and air dancing talent.

Curtis won a total of P100,000 cash which the actress plans to donate to UNICEF Philippines. The celebrity actress-host of Showtime revealed that suffered bruises from her 4-day training on pole dancing and air dancing.

Vice Ganda and Billy Crawford will be receiving P50,000 after ending up tied at second place. The two garnered an average score of 9.8.

Pilipinas Got Talent Season 3 Grand Finals 2011Pilipinas Got Talent Season 3 completed its 12 Grand Finalists on Sunday, October 17, 2011.

Among the favorites who made it to the PGT Season 3 Grand Finals list include Khalil Joseph Ramos and Kiriko. Ramos topped the Voters’ Choice award while Kiriko the Judges’ Choice. The two contestants completed the 12 PGT Grand Finals line up.

PGT 2011 Grand Finals will be shown live at ABS-CBN on October 22 and 23, Saturday and Sunday, at the Ynares Center in Antipolo City.

The 113th Eagle Rock Music Festival on Saturday, October 1, 2011 from 4 to 11 p.m., is expected to be a full packed annual event, according to the Center for the Arts. The 2011 Eagle Rock Music Festival will be held in Colorado Blvd. between Argus & Eagle Rock Blvd.

Expected entrance fee in a form of donation from each attendee is $5 while kids 12 years old and under are free!
