The Lyceum of the Philippines University (LPU) community proudly congratulates its new Board Topnotcher, 3E Joseph Brianne Seño Escala, in the recent OFFICER-IN-CHARGE OF AN ENGINEERING WATCH Licensure Examination (Written Phase), held this January, 2011.

Joseph Brianne Seño Escala, graduate of LYCEUM INTERNATIONAL MARITIME ACADEMY(LIMA), garnered a 91.75 rating.
