Despite of all the criticisms that his administration has been receiving, President Benigno Aquino III is still confident and is not bothered by the low grades given to him by his critics. Retired Archbishop Oscar Cruz, a well known anti-jueteng advocate, described the performance of PNoy as weak and has given its administration a passing mark of “C” or 75. The former Archbishop tagged Presidential friend and DILG Undersecretary Rico E. Puno as one of those who received payola from jueteng operators. The militant group Bagong Alyansang Makabayan described the first 100 days of the Noynoy Administration as a “disappointment.”
PNoy, however, got an ally with the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI), as the group gave the Noynoy Administration an 80-90 percent mark. The PCCI based their assessment on PNoy‘s policies to cut red tape and improve the business climate.
President Noynoy Aquino was also given a low grade by Malacañang reporters, with 17 Palace reporters giving him a C; seven has given him a D; two gave him a B and one, an E. The grades were taken from an informal survery with Palace reporters.

Noynoy gets an F.
He failed in everything he did. The only “good” thing he did was his pro-RH Bill stand which made sure he did not get a 0.
On a scale of 0 to 100, and 60 is the passing grade, Noynoy got a 39.
Had he not been pro-RH Bill and towed the line with the Catholic Church, ZERO talaga ang grade niya.

100 days pa lang naman. Bakit kailangan niyo agad magbigay ng mabibigat na komento. E kung kayo kaya ang maging pangulo. Sa dinami-rami ng problemang naiwan ng nakaraang administrasyon, talagang hindi pa niyan naiisip kung ano ang uunahin. Boto pa rin ako kay Noy kahit di pa ko 18+.
Simula pa lang naman kasi eh. Ganyan talaga pag pangulo ka. Kakailangin mo pa rin ng oras bago ka makaisip ng magandang solusyon. Kayo na lamang ang mamuno, at kapag di nyo napatunayan na kaya niyo, negative ang score niyo sa kin. Ang problema kasi, masyado kayong nakapokus sa mga atraso ng isang tao. Sana tinignan niyo muna yung mga nagawa niya. Dahil kahit na ang pinakawanted na criminal ay tao pa rin, may puso pa rin naman iyan eh. E tutal, wala naman kayong magagawa kahit magsabi kayo ng masama sa kanya. Siya pa rin ang pangulo niyo, kaya dapat niyo pa rin siyang pagtiyagaan.
Grade ba kamo? Hindi muna ko magbibigay. Isang daang araw pa lang yan. Marami pang pwedeng mangyari. Pagbaba niya sa pwesto saka na ko magbibigay.
It’s just only 100 days, it’s not yet the time to give criticism and even words of appreciation. It’s too early to cast a judgment. The present administration’s face will be seen as days will passed by, not putting time or anything but it will come at the moment of right realization.
