As my initial contribution to good governance, I am proposing that Pnoy direct the DA, NIA and the LGU of Sirawai, Zamboanga del Norte to put their acts together and finally complete the Piacan Valley communal irrigation system which was aborted by the abduction of a number of NIA personnel some 13 years ago. Since then, despite the presence of army detachments, CAFGU contingent and a generally peaceful condition (only 3 recorded deaths due to intra-family conflicts and personal grudge since 13 years ago), NIA continues to be AFRAID to go back to the project site. In which case Pnoy may use the Army’s Engineering Batallion to complete the project.
400 ha. of lowland ricefields is producing 50% or less of its potential because of this lack of irrigation facility. An irrigation system in Bassey, Samar for 3000 ha. costing P725M or P241,666/ha means as much as P96M expense is still equally viable for Piacan Valley. But the favorable terrain, proximity of water source will require much less, say P20M.
Please help the poor farmers (land here is equitably distributed), improve incomes and allow their children to get better education! Sana totoong pwede na kami mangarap!!

Pres. Noy…we commend your launching this website! only shows that you are really sincere in soliciting our opinions & suggestions, same with our sentiments and comments. At this point in time, I would like the concerned government agency to look over the sensational state university of Manila… PUP! Mababa nga po tuition fee kaso, what confuses me is that they have this ‘energy fee’ of Php 800.00 everytime a student enrolls.. kahit po 1 (one) subject lang ang i-summer class, may fixed charge of energy fee!? More power!

Pres.

I know and Im sure, everything happen is a process of learning kaya lang mabigat talaga ang situation natin at napakalaking issue na lalo na at hangang ngayon media play a big role. It’s not focus on one person but the fact that is all about us, Filipino.

Siguro, media need to breath deeply and learn to keep silent, just to minimized the pressure. talagang nasa dila ang power to build, to destroy and to change…But whatever I just want to remind you Mr. President, honestly ” I just keep trusting to God” whatever happen, He will listen and give you wisdom, Don’t let anyone trap you, just always ask wisdom to God, and Im very sure He will make all these things posible.

    Dear President Noy,

The big 3 oil company is profiteering based on the following analysis:
    1. Their oil stock will last for 60 days, therefore, they should sell it based on the capital price and not the present oil price abroad ( which is usually high).
    2. If their price is based on the oil price abroad, they can still make a lot of profit by buying their oil stock at a time when the oil price abroad is cheaper and yet they sell it at a higher price!
    3. The oil price trend abroad is more on a rising pattern rather than a falling pattern, again, they make a lot of profit, since they buy their stock earlier.
This must be stop once and for all. More power and always remember your motto “walang mahirap pag walang corrupt”.

    Dear Hon. President,
