Everything is set for tomorrows big fight, The Event. The Manny Pacquiao versus Joshua Clottey fight is less than 24 hours away. Both fighters showed up in the official weigh-in and looks ready to go.

Manny Pacquiao is undoubtedly on top of his career. Joshua Clottey on the other hand one good fighter seeking for recognition and pride.

Pacquiao is a true crowd drawer and ticket grosser because of his all out performance on top of the ring. The pound for pound king is a pay per view record smasher because of his exploits inside the ring. The Filipino boxing hero has demolished the likes of Marco Antonio Barrera, Erik Morales, Oscar De La Hoya, Ricky Hatton, Miguel Cotto, and David Diaz.

The question now, is how he will handle a legitimate welterweight like Clottey?

Based on Clottey’s previous fights, he was able to beat up a lot of smaller guys. Clottey has outboxed his previous opponents such as Diego Corrales, Zab Judah into and Miguel Cotto. Clottey boast of an almost perfect record and this could be something Pacquiao should be weary of. Clottey’s only losses have been to world champions — Miguel Cotto in June 2009 by a close decision, disgraced boxer Antonio Margarito in 2006 and Carlos Baldomir by a controversial disqualification in 1999.
