Farmville Tips, Tricks and Cheats

A lot of my friends and colleagues are asking me for tips, tricks and cheats for Farmville, a popular Facebook application developed by Zynga. After going through several nights of research and testing, I realized that there are a lot of available websites that offer Farmville cheat codes for coins, cash and experience.  I downloaded many cheat codes and tested it in my home pc.

Here are my findings:

• Majority of these codes are not working.
• After installing these codes, windows operating system becomes unstable because the registry was changed.
• Spyware/Virus are sometimes embedded in these codes.
• Some of the cheat codes are only applicable for small farms.

After my research, I therefore decided to just give some of the Facebook Farmville cheats I personally used.

Facebook Farmville cheat code to plow, plant and harvest faster

• Select a 3×3 clear section of your land which will not be use for planting.  Usually the corner section
• Place your character in the middle of the chosen section
• Click the Market button.
• Select Decorations tab.
• Choose the cheapest fence.
• Place the fence around your character to block it from going around.
• Plow, plant or harvest now.

Farmville Tips for Choosing the Best Seeds

• For starters, planting strawberries all over the land will help gain a lot of money,experience and level up quickly.  Watch out for the harvest time because it only takes four hours to grow.  This seed is recommended for those who can play every four hours
• For higher level players, choose longer growing seeds with higher earnings such as peas, onions, sunflowers, sugar cane, lilies, grapes, tomatoes, and asparagus.

Other Farmville Cheat Codes

• Invite, recommend and gain more Farmville friends.
• Send gifts to 30 different friends daily.
• Request for gifts from all of your Farmville friends.  Specify the gift you need.
• Use the chat feature of Facebook to coordinate with your Farmville neighbors.

Honestly, all the things I listed above are not cheat codes.  These are tips and tricks provided by Facebook Farmville and a part of social networking.  Enjoy playing everyone.
