After reading a lot of blogs about Pinay Scandal, I got curious on how this keyword is still doing over the internet.  Using Google Trends, I searched for four keywords:  scandal, pinay scandal, filipina scandal, and sex scandal.  I used all regions over a period of 12 months as my filter.  I noticed how consistent the trend has been on this four keywords.  Scandal, being a general word, is obviously on the higher part of the graph.  This is followed by the more specific sex scandal.  Other scandals such as pinoy scandal, pinay scandal, video scandal, video sex scandal are way below the mark of sex scandal.  Even the recent Rihanna naked pictures and Krista Ranillo scandal did not generate any ratings.  Though Pinay Scandal keyword ranks lower, it is still very consistent for a one year period.
